Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair and debris.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
